Six questions, about a minute, no account needed. It works out what your body actually needs and builds the week around it.
The rest of it
Everything else worth knowing, in the order people usually ask.
Who cooks it
One kitchen in Abu Dhabi, cooking Levantine and Brazilian home recipes - the food people actually cook at home rather than a diet menu. Nothing is deep fried and no sugar is added, including at breakfast.
How much food you get
Three to six meals a day, in any mix of breakfast, lunch, dinner and extra meals, plus none, one or two snacks. Snacks are baked in the same kitchen. You build each box yourself, or answer six questions and let the kitchen set it for you.
What is on the label
The real weight and the real numbers for that box - calories, protein, carbs and fat - printed on the sleeve, not a plan average. Every box is weighed as it is packed. Nothing is rounded to make a plan look neater.
Delivery
Daily, Sunday to Thursday, or twice a week in chilled batches. First delivery from 06:00. Keep refrigerated between 1 and 4°C and eat within 48 hours of packing.
Paying, pausing and stopping
One month at a time. Pause a week with 48 hours notice, and cancel at the end of any month. Swap any meal until Thursday 18:00 for the following week. The price is shown after you have built the week, so there are no tiers to decode before you know what you are eating.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Two traditions that already agree with each other. The Levantine table and the Brazilian one both start with grilled protein, beans, grains and raw salad. Pick a service and see what is cooking.
Office trays, gyms and events
Fifteen covers and up, 48 hours notice, delivered hot or chilled. Tell us the headcount and we will send a tray plan the same day.
